1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spread Suite ("the Service"), located at spreadsuite.llc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spread Suite. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

2. Description of Services

Spread Suite provides:

• Self-Service Oracle Readings: Interactive digital oracle card readings
• Professional Readings: Booking platform connecting customers with independent affiliate oracle guides
• Digital Products: Custom oracle decks and related digital content
• Educational Content: Information about oracle cards, spreads, and interpretations

Our Service is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. Oracle readings are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological).

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password
• Enabling two-factor authentication (required for affiliate accounts)
• Not sharing your login credentials

4. Bookings & Payments

4.1 Booking Process

When booking a reading with an affiliate guide:

• You select an available time slot and service type
• Payment is collected at the time of booking
• Bookings are subject to confirmation by the guide
• You will receive email confirmations and reminders

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you:

• Authorize us to charge the selected payment method
• Confirm you are authorized to use that payment method
• Agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4.3 Credits

Credits purchased or earned on our platform:

• Have no cash value and are non-transferable
• May have expiration dates as specified at time of purchase
• Are non-refundable except where required by law

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• 24+ hours before: Full refund to original payment method or credits
• Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or full credit for future booking
• No-show: No refund

5.2 Guide Cancellations

If a guide cancels your booking:

• You will receive a full refund
• We will assist in rebooking with another guide if desired

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time to receive funds depends on your payment provider.

5.4 Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a reading, please contact us within 7 days. We will review each case individually and may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten guides or other users
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post reviews that are false, defamatory, or in bad faith

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

7. Affiliate Guides

7.1 Independent Contractors

Affiliate readers are independent contractors, not employees of Spread Suite. We provide the platform to connect readers with customers but do not control the content or quality of individual readings.

7.2 Guide Obligations

Affiliate guides agree to separate Affiliate Terms, which include:

• Providing professional, respectful service
• Honoring confirmed bookings
• Maintaining accurate availability
• Complying with all applicable laws
• Not providing medical, legal, or financial advice

7.3 Reviews

Customers may leave reviews for guides. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Service, including but not limited to:

• Website design and layout
• Oracle card artwork and designs
• Text, graphics, logos, and icons
• Software and code

is owned by Spread Suite or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of any reading or content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Results or outcomes based on readings

Use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the qualifications, abilities, or accuracy of any guide.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Spread Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for actions or omissions of affiliate guides
• We are not liable for decisions made based on readings

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spread Suite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Extended inactivity
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Unused credits may be forfeited
• We may retain certain data as required by law

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Binding arbitration or courts in Arkansas (as a last resort)

14. Changes to Terms
