To reschedule or cancel, go to your booking in The Parlor and follow the prompts. If the reader cancels, you receive a full automatic refund.

Our scheduling system automatically converts times to your local timezone. When you view a reader's availability and select a time slot, you see times in your timezone. Confirmation emails also show the time in your local timezone.
